I am a school librarian currently serving as the librarian at Groveton Elementary School in Alexandria, Virginia. I read voraciously, exchange ideas with students, and am a perpetual student. This semester, I am taking three online college courses at three different colleges and am completing a practicum. In all, I am taking 15 course credits.

I live in Fairfax, Virginia where I raise monarch butterflies, cook, clean infrequently and enjoy an extensive hippo collection.
